Wandsworth Community Drug and Alcohol Service (WCDAS) offers free, evidence-based treatment and support for people living in Wandsworth who want to change their use of drugs and alcohol.
Our service is led by South London and Maudsley Mental Health Foundation Trust, in partnership with We Are With You, CDARS (Community Drug and Alcohol Recovery Services), and St Mungos. We provide a welcoming, confidential environment where you can get advice, treatment, and ongoing support tailored to your needs.
- Support available for: Drug and alcohol use, mental health, housing, and advice for friends, family, or professionals.
- Who can access: Adults living in Wandsworth. If you are under 18, please contact the specialist young persons health agency.
- Opening times: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 09:00 – 16:30 (Tuesday 09:00 – 13:00 women only); Wednesday: 13:00 – 16:30.
- Cost: All services are free of charge.
We are unable to support people in immediate crisis. If you need urgent help, please contact your GP, call NHS 111, emergency services (999), or visit your local accident and emergency department.
