**Overview:**
Join us for the Men’s Wellbeing Walk, a weekly initiative designed to support men's mental health and wellbeing. This group offers a welcoming space for men in Devon (18+) to engage in physical activity while connecting with others.
**Details:**
- **When:** Every Tuesday
- **Meet Time:** 10:15 AM
- **Walk Departure:** 10:30 AM
- **Where:** The Community Hut, behind St Paul's Church
- **Address:** Locarno Avenue, Preston, Paignton, TQ3 2DH
- **Length:** Approximately 1 hour
- **Difficulty:** Easy
**What to Expect:**
- Experience the benefits of walking in fresh air.
- Connect with others and improve mood and reduce anxiety with physical activity.
- A chance to check out the Paignton Wellbeing Craft Group, which meets weekly from 10 AM to 1 PM and focuses on crafting and conversation.
**Eligibility:**
Open to all men in Devon over the age of 18.
**Participation Requirements:**
- Wear suitable footwear and clothing for walking.
- If you have any physical health conditions that could be affected by this activity, consult your GP before joining.
