ANDYSMANCLUB is a men’s suicide prevention charity offering free, confidential, peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. Our mission is to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation.
We operate a network of face-to-face groups nationwide, stretching from the South-West of England, into Wales and up to the North of Scotland, as well as online groups for those further afield. All groups are free to attend, require no booking, and are completely confidential—you can simply turn up and talk as much or as little as you wish, with no pressure.
Groups meet every Monday at 7pm (except bank holidays). Our sessions provide a safe, judgement-free, and non-clinical environment where men can open up about the storms affecting their lives. There is no obligation to speak; you are welcome to just listen if you prefer.
