Barking and Dagenhams Stop Smoking service offers free, confidential support for anyone living, working or studying in Barking and Dagenham aged 12 and above. The service provides one-to-one support with a Tobacco Dependence Advisor. Appointments are available at local venues across the borough (Barking Learning Centre, Dagenham Library, Marks Gate Community Hub, Thames Community Hub, Leisure United) as well as online appointments.
When you begin your smoke free journey, you’ll receive free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) or a free vape starter kit, plus one to one support sessions with an advisor to help you stay motivated.
