The Stop Smoking service provides residents living in Barking and Dagenham and Havering free advice and support to stop smoking .
The service offers:
- Direct support and a quit plan from a trained practitioner for up to 12 weeks.
- Nicotine Replacement Therapy or a free e-cigarette under the swap to stop scheme for up to 8 weeks of your quit journey ( over 18's only
- Telephone and / or digital support with free access to the Smoke Free app
- Face-to-face support available at a location near you.
In order to receive support from the specialist service you need to meet our criteria: - Live in Havering, Barking and Dagenham
- Registered with a GP in Havering, Barking and Dagenham
We provide support to stop smoking/vaping for young people age 13 and above.
