Mental Health Support

No Panic (Sutton & Merton) is a welcoming self-help group for anyone experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, or phobias. We offer a safe and supportive space where you can talk openly with others who understand what you're going through.

Our weekly support meetings take place every Wednesday from 2pm to 3:30pm. Here, members share experiences, offer mutual support, and help each other find positive ways to manage anxiety. The group is run by people who have personal experience with anxiety-based problems, so you can be sure of a friendly and understanding environment.

What we offer:

  • Peer-led support and encouragement
  • Opportunities to talk with fellow sufferers
  • Practical advice and shared experiences
  • A chance to build confidence and live a more positive life

We focus on helping people help themselves, rather than offering medical cures. If you would like to join us or learn more, please get in touch or visit our Support page for further details.
