The Mix - Mental Health Support

The Mix is the a support service for young people (up to 25).

They help clients take on any challenge they may be facing - from mental health to money, from homelessness to finding a job, from break-ups to drugs.

Crisis Messenger
If you feel like you can’t cope or are worried about how you are feeling, you can contact our crisis messenger 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by texting THEMIX to 85258.

Our text messaging support service is free and for any issue. We provide in-the-moment support and problem solving when you need it most. This service is delivered in partnership with Crisis Text Line and Shout.

Offer support in bereavement or relationship breakdown, stress / anxiety, exploring issues like sexual identity / gender identity, dealing with issues stopping clients from achieving ambitions, dealing with feelings of depression or sadness, understanding problems better and feeling more confident.
