The Wellbeing & Recovery College is a free training and resource centre dedicated to supporting wellbeing and self-management of mental health difficulties. We offer a wide range of courses designed to empower individuals to take charge of their own recovery, or to help carers and supporters assist others on their recovery journey.
Who can attend? Our courses are open to anyone using the Trust’s mental health services, staff, carers, families, supporters, as well as local authorities and partner organisations.
How are courses delivered? All courses are co-produced and co-delivered by Trust staff and peer trainers, valuing both professional expertise and lived experience. We follow an educational model, focusing on hope, empowerment, and aspiration, rather than a clinical approach.
- Courses range from one-off workshops to 10-session programmes.
- Topics cover understanding mental health issues and developing life skills.
- Individual orientation appointments are available to help you choose the right courses.
