Help to Claim Service (Universal Credit)

Citizens Advice Staffordshire North and Stoke-on-Trent provides free, confidential, and impartial advice to help people resolve their problems and improve their lives. Each year, we support over 20,000 local people with around 55,000 new issues, offering guidance on a wide range of topics.

Our specialist areas include:

  • Employment disputes
  • Immigration and asylum support
  • Support for victims of crime

Our holistic approach means we look at your whole situation, providing tailored advice and, where needed, referrals to specialist services or external agencies. We are registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA).

Accessibility: All our premises are designed to be accessible for people with physical disabilities, mobility, or sensory impairments. We strive to make our services welcoming and inclusive for all communities in the local area.
