**Helpdesk Availability**
For urgent situations, we operate a helpdesk at the county court during possession days, which is generally every Tuesday in Stoke-on-Trent. Our advisers are available to provide guidance up until the hearing and can accompany you to court if necessary. We also regularly attend eviction hearings.
