Debt Advice

Citizens Advice Staffordshire North and Stoke-on-Trent provides free, confidential, and impartial advice to help you resolve a wide range of problems. Each year, we support over 20,000 local people with issues including social security benefits, personal debt, housing, employment disputes, and immigration.

Our holistic approach means we look at your whole situation, offering specialist advice and making referrals to external agencies when needed. We are a genuine one-stop shop for advice and support in the area.

  • Accessibility: All our premises are designed to be accessible for people with physical disabilities, mobility, or sensory impairments.
  • Specialist help: We offer support for victims of crime and are registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA).

Volunteering opportunities are available across our offices in Biddulph, Hanley, Leek, and Newcastle. We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds.

Cost: All advice services are free of charge.
