Employment Support for Residents Accessing CGL Newham Rise

Our Newham Work helps Newham residents into work. Whatever your level of experience, we can provide support and advice about your next step.

We work with Change Grow Live Newham Rise to support their clients into work through the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) programme, offering a range of advice and guidance, which includes various support services, to help you secure employment.

How to access Individual Placement and Support

You must be currently accessing support from Change Grow Live Newham Rise to access IPS. IPS offers you specialist employment support alongside the support you receive from Change Grow Live Newham Rise. Please speak with your recovery worker to discuss a referral and submit a referral via Joy.

• Sourcing and matching you to vacancies based around your goals and skill set.

• Actively market you to local employers.
• Interview support: funding to travel to work and interview clothing
• In work support: regular meetings and continued support as you start work.
