Community Links - Community Connector Service

Our Community Connector service provides support to service users suffering from serious mental illness through a holistic and person-centered approach. We are here to support individuals by utilizing the range of community resources available in Newham.  Service Users in a Crisis: If a service user presents themselves in a mental health crisis and you are worried about them, you can: Contact Newham Crisis Line on 0800 073 0066. This is a 24-hour helpline (including weekends and Bank Holidays). The number is free to call. Support and Advice is provided by mental health professionals.   Contact NHS on 999 or ask them to present themselves at alocal A&E.   .Advise them to visit the Together Cafe at Rokeby Centre, Rokeby Community Hub, 63 Rokeby Street, E15 3LS or call 08081 968 710.  Opening Hours are from Monday to Thursday 5pm-9pm, Friday to Sunday (and all Bank Holidays) 3pm-9pm.

Service access criteria: We only offer support for those who reside within the Newham Borough. Please Note. For our Community Connector Referrals, you will need to provide an explanation as to why you are referring to us and whether there are any risk concerns or safeguarding issues.
