
We conduct mindfulness sessions via Microsoft Teams, every Friday morning between 10-11am.. This group is free for anyone attend and we cover all types of subjects from 'Letting go' to 'Mindful eating'. Please email us on the email provided with your interest and we will be happy to send you out a link to attend.
