Supporting people to live more independently

We are a local social enterprise which supports older people to continue to live independently and keep well. We operate schemes across Cheshire and work with a range of local organisations.

These include:

  • Developing local projects and volunteer networks to provide practical support and befriending
  • Working with the NHS to provide social prescribing services
  • Providing support to patients being discharged from hospital and residential care
  • Development of reminiscence projects
  • Helping older people to access services and reduce loneliness e.g.  At Home with IT project
  • Social Groups and activities in Mid Cheshire and Chester
  • Happy Mondays group for adults with learning disabilities
  • All Our Stories – heritage project for people with learning disabilities

Our Clients include:

  • Local Authorities
  • GP Alliances and Clinical Commissioning Groups
  • Voluntary sector partners
  • Town and Parish Council
