We meet every Friday from 11-3, we practice mindful gardening, seed sowing, plant care, weeding, mulching and harvesting. Being in touch with the process throughout the year with a "do what you feel" attitude
Well-being is the main focus in the Grow club garden, and we acknowledge how important being in green spaces helps support our well-being. We spend time in the garden that best fits how we are doing on the day, we practice mindfulness and taking care of our mental and physical wellbeing whilst working at our own space and speed. We encourage relaxation, connecting with nature and learning new skills to keep ourselves and the garden nourished
We have codes of conduct that are agreed upon as a group and all need to agree to these codes to attend
