Dance 4 Change is a dance therapy programme designed to support marginalised young women and girls aged 16-25 in London who are affected by mental health challenges and loneliness.
Through the power of dance, this programme helps participants build confidence, improve their mental wellbeing, and connect with others in a supportive environment. Since 2015, Dance 4 Change has supported over 200 young women and girls, offering a safe space to address issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, self-harm, eating disorders, PTSD, personality disorders, and body confidence concerns.
