Hillingdon Talking Therapies Service is part of the national 'NHS Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression' programme, provided by Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. We offer a range of evidence-based talking therapies to help adults in the borough of Hillingdon who are feeling worried, low, stressed, or struggling in their relationships.
Who can use this service?
- Anyone aged 18 or over who lives, works, studies, or is registered with a GP in the borough of Hillingdon.
- You can refer yourself online, or be referred by your GP or another health professional.
What we offer:
- Assessment and a range of talking therapies for common mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, and stress.
- Support for employment concerns through our Employment Advisory Service.
- Group courses and one-to-one therapy sessions, tailored to your needs.

Location and accessibility:
- We are based at Beaufort House, Ground Floor, Cricket Field Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1QG, just a short walk from Uxbridge Underground Station and several bus routes.
- There is no on-site parking, but several public car parks are within a 10-minute walk.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm
