Hillingdon Talking Therapies Service is part of the national 'NHS Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression' programme, provided by Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. We offer a range of free, confidential talking therapies to adults who are feeling worried, low, stressed, or struggling in their relationships.
Who can use this service?
- Anyone aged 18 or over who lives, works, studies, or is registered with a GP in the borough of Hillingdon.
How we help:
- Support for anxiety, depression, stress, and related difficulties
- One-to-one and group therapy options
- Employment support for those experiencing difficulties at work
How to access:
- You can refer yourself online using our self-referral form
- Your GP or another health professional can refer you
Location: Our service is based in Uxbridge town centre, within easy reach of public transport and parking. Please note there is no on-site parking at Beaufort House, but several public car parks are nearby.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Cost: This is a free NHS service.
