Talking Therapies

Hillingdon Talking Therapies Service is part of the national 'NHS Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression' programme, provided by Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. We offer a range of free, confidential talking therapies to adults who are feeling worried, low, stressed, or struggling in their relationships.

Who can use this service?

  • Anyone aged 18 or over who lives, works, studies, or is registered with a GP in the borough of Hillingdon.

How we help:

  • Support for anxiety, depression, stress, and related difficulties
  • One-to-one and group therapy options
  • Employment support for those experiencing difficulties at work

How to access:

  • You can refer yourself online using our self-referral form
  • Your GP or another health professional can refer you

Location: Our service is based in Uxbridge town centre, within easy reach of public transport and parking. Please note there is no on-site parking at Beaufort House, but several public car parks are nearby.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Cost: This is a free NHS service.
