Need help doing your supermarket shopping if you find it difficult to get to the shops? Easy Shop is Age UK Berkshire’s grocery shopping support service, working with local supermarkets to help you get regular and reliable shopping delivered to your home.
After you get in touch, a member of the team will visit you in your own home to set the system up. They will then phone you at an agreed time to take your shopping list, place your order with the supermarket of your choice, and arrange delivery at a pre-arranged time.
You may find this helpful if you have mobility difficulties, live in a rural area, or otherwise find it hard to get to the shops.
Cost: In addition to the cost of your shopping, Age UK Berkshire charge £8 per order to arrange the service. Supermarkets may also make a small delivery charge.
