Wokingham Carers Partnership is the new providers of the Carers outreach service in Wokingham. The Wokingham Carers Partnerships is made up of three charities, Age UK Berkshire, who support carers over 18 Promise inclusion, support parent carers and carers caring for an adults with learning disabilities Berkshire Youth, Support young carers, anyone under 18.
