Young at Heart is a programme of Physical Activity and Social Sessions designed for our 60+ residents with all ages welcome to participate.
Activities include Yoga, Zumba Gold, Chair Exercise, Bingo, Arts and Crafts and much more Venues used all over the Borough including Barking Learning Centre, Chadwell Heath Community Centre, Valence Community Hub and Park Active Age Centre.
Activities also take place at Abbey Leisure Centre and Becontree Heath Leisure Centre. Membership for the centre needed to access at £52
