Live Well Newham is a 12-week weight management programme that achieves long-term behaviour change with personalised support combining:
- Nutrition
- Physical activity
- Psychology

– Tailored webinars, blogs and podcasts
– Cooking and nutrition demonstrations
– Frequent contact with a coach
We also offer a physical activity programme for those residents looking to become more active, with the chance to be part of a group of people with similar weight-loss goals. We offer a 12 week course providing access to weekly activities led by our team of local physical activity trainers.
