St Raphael's Hospice provides compassionate, specialist care for people living with life-limiting illnesses and their families across Merton and Sutton. As a local charity, we support over 1,000 patients and their loved ones each year, offering a range of free services designed to bring comfort, dignity, and support at the most important times.
Our care is available both at home and in our hospice, ensuring that people can receive the support they need in the place that feels right for them. We also offer a Wellbeing Centre for holistic therapies and activities, as well as bereavement support for families and carers.
- Home-based and inpatient care tailored to individual needs
- Wellbeing services to support physical, emotional, and spiritual health
- Bereavement and psychological support for families and carers
- Support for healthcare professionals and advice for those caring for someone with a life-limiting illness
Our services are free of charge to those who need them, thanks to the generosity of our community and supporters. We receive only around 25% of our funding from the NHS, so donations and fundraising are vital to our work.
