The Triple A Navigator Programme offers personalised, one-to-one support for autistic adults living in Cumbria.
Each participant is matched with a dedicated Navigator—a mentor-like figure—who helps steer and support them towards a safe, positive, and fulfilling life. The programme is designed to build on individual strengths and assist in navigating challenges, with the aim of achieving personally identified goals.
- Who is it for? Autistic adults living in Cumbria. Referrals can be made by individuals themselves, family members, or professionals (with consent).
- How does it work? Navigators work with you for 1 to 2 hours each week, with the option to arrange more hours if needed. Support is reviewed after 6 weeks and can continue if required.
- What does it cost? This is not a free service. Fees apply and can be self-funded or covered by health and social care funding (including Direct Payments or Social Care Fund).
- How to access: Complete the online referral form if you are autistic and live in Cumbria. If you need help with the form, you can text or email for assistance.
- What to expect: After submitting your form, the Triple A team will contact you to discuss how they can support you or signpost you to other appropriate services.
Please note:
- This programme is not an emergency response.
- All personal information is handled confidentially and in line with GDPR.
