Men & Masculinitiies

The Men & Masculinities programme from Cranstoun offers a safe, supportive space for people of all genders and sexualities who recognise that their behaviour has been damaging or distressing within their relationships.

This 24-week programme is designed to help you understand your actions, explore the impact of conflict, aggression, and anger, and learn how to make positive changes in your relationships and life. The programme focuses on:

  • Understanding how behaviour affects thoughts and feelings
  • Learning new ways to act and respond in relationships
  • Building confidence and self-reliance
  • Supporting you to become a better partner, parent, or friend

Who is it for?

  • Group sessions are available for straight and bisexual men in relationships with women
  • 1:1 support is available for women and LGBTQ+ people who have used damaging behaviour in relationships

Locations: The programme is available in Barking & Dagenham, Brighton and Hove, Ealing, Havering, Herefordshire & Worcestershire, Hounslow, South Gloucestershire, South Yorkshire, Sutton, Telford & Wrekin and Shropshire, Wakefield, and Wokingham.
