Harmony House Dagenham is a dedicated charity supporting vulnerable residents in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham since 1993. We offer a wide range of community projects and childcare services designed to empower people of all ages to live with independence, purpose, and joy.
Our services include:
- Three welcoming nurseries (Castle Green, Dagenham, Hornchurch) providing nurturing early years education.
- Community projects such as Silvernet Get Together Groups, Connect (addressing social isolation), Intergenerational Projects, and a Luncheon Group for social connection and wellbeing.
- Handy Person Project and Harmony Home Care for home safety, cleaning, and gardening support.
- Companions Service (currently paused) offering emotional support and companionship to those who may feel isolated.
- Health Leaflets – free distribution of health information to the community.
