Our team of specialist Admiral Nurses is here to help you navigate every stage of the dementia journey, from diagnosis to ongoing care and support.

• Admiral Nurse Dementia Helpline: Speak to a dementia specialist nurse for practical advice, emotional support, and answers to your questions. The helpline is free and confidential.
• Virtual and face-to-face clinic appointments: Book a session with an Admiral Nurse for tailored support, including for Black, African and Caribbean communities.
• Comprehensive information and resources: Access a wide range of guides, leaflets, and online sessions covering diagnosis, types and stages of dementia, health advice, financial and legal guidance, and living well with dementia.
• Support for carers: Find help with caring from a distance, coping with grief and loss, managing relationships, and looking after your own wellbeing.
• Young onset dementia: Specialist information and support for people under 65 and their families.
