Open Arms East Devon is a free, friendly peer support group for adults experiencing mental health problems. We provide a welcoming, safe space where you can connect with others who understand what you're going through. Whether you want to talk, join in with activities, or simply enjoy a cup of tea and a biscuit, you are always welcome.
What we offer:
- Peer support from people with lived experience of mental health challenges

- Arts and crafts
- Computing
- Outdoor events
- Learning to cook
- Trips out
Our sessions run every Tuesday and Friday from 10:30am to 4:00pm at The Mackarness Hall in Honiton. You can drop in at any time during these hours—there's no need to book or commit to regular attendance.
Cost: All our services are free to attend. We rely on donations and volunteers to keep our group running, so everyone can access support without worrying about finances.
