Mummy’s Day Out is a network for mothers to be inspired, empowered, and encouraged on their motherhood journey through events and workshops. We have partnered with OCEAN who work with women and birthing people who are affected by birth trauma and birth loss in Newham, Hackney and Tower Hamlets.
Join us for light refreshments (free), great company and honest conversations around motherhood, parenting, and an opportunity to meet local mothers. There will also be space for the children to play.
The meet ups are specialised for mothers from black and brown communities, facilitated by Rachael (Founder of Mummy's Day Out) and Nina (Psychologist at Ocean).
