UK SAYS NO MORE

UK SAYS NO MORE is a national campaign dedicated to raising awareness and ending domestic abuse and sexual violence across the UK.

We unite and strengthen a diverse community of individuals and organisations to take a stand against domestic abuse and sexual violence under one powerful, visual symbol. Our campaign provides open-source tools and resources for anyone to take action, get involved, and make a difference.

  • Online Safe Spaces: Access specialist domestic abuse support services, national helplines, and resources.
  • Safe Spaces Locations: Pharmacies and AIB branches across the country offer Safe Spaces in their consultation rooms for people experiencing domestic abuse.
  • Resources and Guidance: Learn about domestic abuse and sexual violence, how to support someone in need, and how to refer to specialist support services.

Get involved: Join the conversation, pledge to learn, speak out, and share resources to help end domestic abuse and sexual violence. Participate in our annual No More Week to raise awareness and drive positive change.

Please note: UK SAYS NO MORE does not offer direct support services. If you need emergency help, visit our Get Help page for details on appropriate resources. If you are in London, Hestia offers refuge accommodation and support services.
