Wandsworth Stop Smoking Service helps residents of Wandsworth, aged 15 or over, to quit smoking for good. The service is free and offers tailored one-to-one support from a Stop Smoking Advisor, practical tips for managing withdrawal and triggers, regular carbon monoxide checks, and access to stop smoking medications. Free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) is available, including patches, lozenges, and oral spray. The Swap to Stop scheme provides a free vape kit and supplies for up to 12 weeks (adults 18+).
