Yoga classes for mental health and well-being ( beginners class)

The community and beginners class is for people from all walks of life who are interested in learning yoga and mindfulness practices. This inclusive space aims at spreading Pranaspace love and light to the wider Newham community. Emma, your teacher studied yoga in Rishikesh in India and received her certification in delivering mindfulness from London Buddhist Centre. Emma class is suitable for beginners and aims at practicing breathing and yoga postures the calm and clear the body and mind.

Classes are donation based so attendees can give what they can afford.

We also encourage an energy exchange. Attended can bring a small give for the studio (candle or incense) or offer a service e.g. help with painting, dusting or cleaning the space. Any service offered as payment would be carried out alongside yoga teacher.
