The Lejeune Clinic provides specialist Speech & Language and Occupational Therapy sessions for children with Down syndrome from birth to eighteen years old, and their families.
We offer a wide range of services designed to support communication, development, and wellbeing, including:
- Face-to-face clinics at the London Children's Practice, Sloane Square, London, for children from birth to 12 years old. These sessions are led by specialist Speech & Language Therapists and focus on communication development.
- Online Speech & Language Advice Sessions for parents, rooted in practical interaction strategies to help you support your child's everyday communication and learning.
- One-to-one teletherapy for children with complex needs, providing tailored support wherever you are.
- Topical webinar workshops covering key issues such as dual diagnosis (Down syndrome & Autism), diet & nutrition, early communication skills, and literacy interventions. Past webinar recordings are available on request.
All our sessions are subsidised to ensure affordability for every family. If you are struggling with costs, please contact us for further support.

Location: In-person clinics are held at London Children’s Practice, 1A Queripel House, Duke of York Square, Sloane Square, London SW3 4LY. Online and teletherapy sessions are available for families nationwide.
Who can benefit? Our services are designed for children with Down syndrome and their families, including those with dual diagnoses (Down syndrome & Autism). We welcome referrals from parents, carers, and professionals.
