Join a welcoming outdoor fitness community in Pangbourne!
WildStrong Pangbourne offers weekly group classes and occasional Family Movement Clubs in a friendly, supportive environment under the open sky. Our sessions are open to all, and new joiners are always welcome—no matter your experience level.
- Group Classes: Strength & Mobility every Tuesday at 7pm at Little Bear Estate. All new joiners are encouraged to attend a few of these classes first to learn the fundamental movements.
- WildStrong Club Classes: For experienced members, join us on Monday at 12:30pm, Wednesday at 6:30pm, Friday at 9am, and Sunday at 8:30am. These smaller sessions allow for more complex movements and give our Community Coaches a chance to participate alongside you.
