ANDYSMANCLUB is a men’s suicide prevention charity offering free, confidential peer-to-peer support groups for men across the United Kingdom and online. Our mission is to break down the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and provide a safe, judgement-free space for men to talk, listen, and support each other.
How it works:
- Groups meet every Monday at 7pm (except bank holidays).
- No booking required – simply turn up and join in as much or as little as you wish.
- All sessions are free of charge and completely confidential.
- Men can choose to talk or just listen; there is no pressure to speak.
With over 270+ groups nationwide and thousands of weekly attendees, ANDYSMANCLUB is a growing movement dedicated to saving lives through the power of conversation. Our groups are led by volunteers and designed to be welcoming, supportive, and non-clinical.
Who can attend? Any man aged 18 or over who wants to talk about life’s challenges, mental health, or simply connect with others in a supportive environment.
Why join?
- Reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness.
- Find understanding and support from others who have faced similar struggles.
- Help end the stigma around men’s mental health.
We also offer online groups for those unable to attend in person. Find your nearest group or join online.
It’s okay to talk. You are not alone.
