Community Neighbourhood Link Workers support residents (18+) who are lonely and / or socially isolated to reconnect with their community and create opportunities to build meaningful connections. Working together, for up to six weeks on a one-to-one basis we will both agree on an action plan that supports you to keep active, connected and healthy.

Please note we do not support with housing, benefits or form filling.
