The service can help you understand your employment status, what rights may apply, and what options you may have if you are being treated unfairly at work. - Get advice on redundancy pay, unfair dismissal, notice periods and pay - Understand rights around working hours, rest breaks, health and safety and flexible working - Get guidance on sick leave, holiday pay and time off for emergencies - Get support with fair and equal treatment at work, including discrimination concerns - Get advice about pay issues such as unlawful deductions, the National Minimum Wage and the London Living Wage - Be directed to other support if advocacy or employment tribunal representation is needed Cost: Free How to access: Request a referral through Joy.
