EASE Advice and Information

EASE (Empowering Action & Social Esteem) Ltd runs Copley Close Children’s Centre, serving families with children aged 0-5, expectant parents, and the wider community in North Southall and Hanwell.

For families with children under 5:

  • Stay and Play sessions
  • Cooking sessions
  • Toddler group
  • First Aid Awareness for parents/carers
  • Baby massage classes
  • Messy play
  • Baby club
  • Fussy eating workshops

These activities are a great way to meet other local parents and carers.

For older children and youth (6-19 years):

  • After school clubs (6-11 years)
  • Youth clubs (11-19 years) at Gurnell Community Centre, High Lane Community Centre, and North Hanwell Baptist Church

Adult services for the local community include:

  • Assistance with benefits, housing, and debts
  • ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) courses
  • Uplift (self-confidence course for women)
  • First aid course for the community
  • Parenting programme

The Refresh Project offers up to 16 free 1:1 sessions with a qualified professional, available by phone, online, or in person. This service provides a confidential, safe, and non-judgmental space to address emotional, relational, or situational changes.

All services are designed to support wellbeing, build confidence, and connect people in the Ealing community.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm.
