Art Beyond Belief

Art Beyond Belief offers innovative, multi-disciplinary programmes designed to improve wellbeing and communication through engagement with the visual arts. Our approach blends art, study, computer-based graphics, photography, and discussion to help people explore their own and others’ perspectives.

What we do:

  • Practical Programmes: We design and deliver hands-on sessions that encourage creative thinking and open dialogue.
  • Personal Issues: Our programmes support individuals facing challenges such as mental health concerns, domestic violence, and dementia, helping them gain new perspectives and coping strategies.
  • Breaking Down Barriers: We facilitate communication in situations where it has broken down, including between parents and children, across cultural or faith backgrounds, and in cases of bullying.
  • Professional Training: We offer awareness training for professionals and partners, equipping them with techniques to complement their work and improve engagement.

Who can benefit?

  • Individuals seeking support with mental health, autism, wellbeing, and inclusion.
  • Professionals looking for training in communication and engagement techniques.
  • Groups interested in climate change and environmental responsibility (see our ReConnect Green Project).

Location: Our programmes are delivered at our centre in Slough and may be available for partner organisations.
