LLR Mind is running a free drop-in café on the 3rd Tuesday of every month from 12:30pm – 2:00pm for the residents of Castle Donington and surrounding areas.
This informal ‘get together’ is a warm and friendly space designed to connect individuals to other like-minded people within their communities; to offer wellbeing support and share interests and skills. You can chat, play board games, take part in activities access peer support, learn about and improve your mental health, and find out about other local services and activities that could support you.
No referral is necessary - just turn up on the day. The café is free to access and the first drink is free. Additional snacks and other drinks are also available to buy on-site.
It’s OK to not be OK, so you don’t have to be in a good mood to come along to our Good Mood Café - but we hope everyone will leave the Good Mood Cafés feeling better than when they arrived.
