- A regular newsletter packed full of tips, support and events for families.
- A Facebook Closed Forum for parents and carers www.facebook.com/AdhdEmbrace - this is where parents can confidentially seek support and advice from other parents.
- Specialist seminars on ADHD issues led by experts
- Teacher seminars to teach schools about ADHD
- Parenting courses fro parents of children with ADHD
- One-to-one advice for families
- Courses for children and young people with ADHD
