Join our foundation 6-week virtual peer group starting on Monday 4 September 2023.

  • Week 1: Physical Activity
  • Week 2: Healthy Eating
  • Week 3: Mental Wellbeing
  • Week 4: Healthy Relationships
  • Week 5: Sleep
  • Week 6: Action Plan


Challenge

  • Log one daily action for 5 weeks.
  • Create your ongoing Action Plan that you can maintain after the experience ends.

Each week, receive expert content and daily actions from our Feel Good Hub partners.


Virtual Peer Group

  • Peer support is where people draw on shared personal experiences, characteristics or circumstances in order to support each other to improve their health and wellbeing.
  • Facilitator led group of maximum 20 members.
  • 30 mins check-in each Monday on Zoom.
