Who can get IPSPC support?
Residents who are employed or unemployed who have a common mental health and/ or physical health disabilities as defined by the Equality Act 2010.
IPSPC support will provide the following:
- A personalised approach to support people to find a job of their choosing.
- Support for both employers and employees to sustain the job placement or
alternatively find other employment. - Access to specialist health teams to provide a holistic approach to support people.
- Help for employers to make reasonable workplace adjustments.
- Ongoing in-work support.
IPSPC is fully funded by the Department for Work & Pensions. The funding will enable Our Newham Work to help local people to remain in employment or find new jobs.
