**Family Matters Hounslow - Parents Support Service**
Family Matters is dedicated to providing support to families in Richmond and Hounslow who have children with disabilities and/or additional needs. Our services are designed for families who may be feeling overwhelmed or facing challenges in their daily lives.
**What We Offer:**
- **One-on-One Support:** Our Family Matters Advisors will listen to your concerns and experiences in a non-judgmental environment.
- **Problem Identification:** Together, we will identify what is working and what isn’t in your family life.
- **Strategic Support:** We help you focus on challenging areas and provide actionable steps to address these difficulties.
- **Resource Information:** We offer information about activities and services available to you and assist in accessing them.
**Eligibility:**
- Families with children who have disabilities and/or additional needs.
**Operating Hours:**
- Family Matters operates during term time only. Please note that referrals made during school holidays will not be processed until the term resumes.
