**Free Emotional Support Helpline for Women**
Our confidential helpline is available for anyone in London who self-identifies as a woman aged 14 years and older and has experienced any form of sexual violence at any time in their lives.
**What We Offer:**
- A safe space to explore your feelings without judgment.
- Information and advice tailored to your needs.
- Connection to specialist services, including counselling and practical support.
- Support for friends and families of survivors, helping them understand how to assist you.
**Eligibility:**
- Women aged 14 years and above who have been affected by sexual violence.
**How to Engage:**
- Call our Freephone Helpline: **0808 801 0770**
- Access is available anonymously; calls are free and won’t appear on your phone bill.
- We provide language support and can arrange phone interpreting services.
- The Helpline is also accessible for Deaf or hard of hearing individuals via Text Relay.
**Operating Hours:**
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM & 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM
- Wednesday Evenings: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
