- Sessions run every two weeks on Tuesdays. For specific dates, please contact Jan.
- Light refreshments are provided.
- Venues are wheelchair accessible and offer free parking.
- No need to book or commit to every session—come when you can.
- If you’d like to chat before attending, Jan is happy to talk via phone or email.
