Discover the benefits of Tai Chi with Jade Dragon School!
Our Tai Chi classes combine slow, mindful movement with powerful breathwork to help you develop relaxed yet strong posture, mobile joints, and a calm, focused mind. Suitable for all ages and abilities, our sessions are designed to improve strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and stamina.
- All classes are beginner-friendly – your first lesson is FREE.
- After your free session, pay £9 per class or buy a block of five for £40 (£8 each). Payment by cash or card on the day.
- Just wear comfortable clothes and flat-soled shoes or socks.
- Classes are held at multiple locations across Berkshire and Oxfordshire, including Caversham, Dunsden Green, Twyford, Bracknell, Wokingham, Woodley, and Waltham St Lawrence.
- If you can't attend a group class, One to One sessions are available in person or online. You can also train at home with our home learning course.
What you will learn:
- Traditional Chinese exercise for whole body fitness
- 37 step Yang style short form Tai Chi
- Qigong, including the rare '5 breaths of Tao' and 8 animals movements
- Push Hands partner practice for relaxation and control
Our classes are fun, welcoming, and suitable for beginners. Many students report improvements in chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, anxiety, and heart health. Join us to experience a calm, centred mind and a healthier body!
