The meetings are from 1pm until 3pm on the first Tuesday of the month starting next Tuesday 5th September 2023.
The centre is wheelchair and disabled friendly.
The meetings are open to anyone who has been affected by a stroke including partners and carers.
The meetings are informal with the emphasis on letting the members talk about their own situations and share advice but it is light hearted with a quiz and Bingo if time allows, but fun is definitely on the agenda.
