Charity Link works with professionals and organisations to support vulnerable people and families experiencing hardship across Leicestershire, Rutland, and Northamptonshire.

Each year, we help over 5,000 people in need by providing essential items such as clothing, beds, furniture, medical and mobility equipment, and, in emergencies, assistance with food and utilities. We act quickly in crisis situations, including cases of domestic violence and homelessness.

How to access support:

  • Applications must be made by professionals or partner agencies on behalf of clients. Self-referrals are not accepted.
  • Download our guidelines and FAQ sheet to help you make a successful application for your clients.
  • Contact our friendly team for advice or support with the application process.

Additional support: We offer talks, awareness stands, and promotional opportunities for organisations. If you would like a member of our Casework team to speak to your staff or volunteers, or if you need awareness posters or leaflets, please get in touch.

Eligibility: Support is available for individuals and families in hardship, referred by professionals or partner agencies working in our service area.

Residents of Leicester, Leicestershire, Rutland and Northamptonshire who have recourse to public funds. All applications must be completed by a professional, we cannot accept self referrals.
